Return and exchange principle:

Troubleshooting:
For any quality problem caused by our company, we will give a clear reply within 24 hours after receiving the notice and arrive at the site for free maintenance within 48 hours when necessary.
For quality problems not caused by our company, we will determine the maintenance plan within 24 hours after receiving the notice, and arrive at the site for paid maintenance within 48 hours when necessary.
Quality insurance:
The quality guarantee of lamp shell is 7 years for indoor, 5 years for outdoor, 1 year for conventional light source, 5 years for electrodeless light source, 5 years for LED light source driver and 3 years for mobile lighting. (the lamps and lanterns are guaranteed for one year in severe corrosive environment such as strong acid and alkali)
